With a stunning full tiered and frilled skirt, blouson sleeves with gathered frilled cuffs, and a tie neckline that gives you the chance to wear the dress off the shoulders, as shown. It has a defined, elasticated waist, and the off-white colour is covered in a gorgeous ditsy floral print with little white, green, and pink/red florals.
